All items listed for sale are antique, vintage, or pre-owned and may show signs of age, wear, or restoration consistent with their history.
Detailed descriptions and photographs are an integral part of each listing.
Changes caused by natural aging, patina, or minor imperfections are not considered defects.
3. Shipping & Damage Guarantee

The Seller is fully responsible for the condition of items during transit and guarantees that all antiques are dispatched in appropriate protective packaging.

In the event that glass, porcelain, or other fragile items are damaged during shipping, the Seller will provide full reimbursement of the damaged item under the conditions below.

To receive a full refund, the Buyer must:

notify the Seller within 7 calendar days of receiving the parcel;

provide continuous video footage of the unpacking process, clearly showing the condition of the outer packaging, internal protective materials, and the item itself;

provide clear photographs showing the damage to both the item and its packaging.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in refusal of reimbursement.

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation of eligibility.
4. Returns & Cancellations

5. Misrepresented Items
If an item is found to be materially different from its description, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
