A fine collection of Coalport porcelain vases, each decorated with hand-painted fruit studies and signed by the individual artist. The compositions are executed in the traditional Coalport manner, with carefully modelled fruit, soft tonal shading and finely observed details creating a convincing sense of depth and volume.

Rich gilding forms an important part of the decoration, particularly on the smaller pedestal vases, where the interiors and bases are extensively finished in gold.

The pair of pedestal goblet vases, H 13 cm, is signed by R. Hollinshead. Both feature lavish gilding to the interiors and bases, creating a particularly rich and sophisticated finish.

£215 / pair

Two larger vases, H 22 cm, are individually painted and signed:

Michael Cooke — signed, with rich gilt detailing and beautifully preserved decoration.

£165

M. Dinier — signed, with an individual fruit composition.

£125

Condition: Excellent, with no chips or cracks.

Beautiful examples of signed Coalport artist-painted porcelain, combining traditional English still-life painting with exceptionally decorative presentation.
